Mr. S. A. Fagade holds Higher National Diploma in Marketing of Federal Polytechnic, Bida. He has been in the business of agricultural commodities trading for almost twenty years. Mrs. Helen Bamidele Fagade is an Engineer by profession. She holds a Higher National Diploma in Building Technology from Federal Polytechnic, Ado - Ekiti and a Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying of Federal University of Technology, Akure. She is also the Managing Director of B & B Fisheries Limited in Akure.

MANAGEMENT TEAM.

Mr. S. A. Fagade holds Higher National Diploma in Marketing of Federal Polytechnic, Bida. He has been in the business of agricultural commodities trading for almost twenty years. Between 1988 and 1991, he was the procurement officer and the Nigerian representative of Partner International Lesigny of Paris, France. He is the chairman B&B fisheries limited, and the Managing Director of Fagro Ventures Nigeria Limited. He is an expert in the business of Agro Allied Products. He supervises daily activities of the company but he is ably assisted by a crop of experts, among who are:

Mr. AKIN ADEOYE is the Companys General Manager. He is responsible to the Board for the day to day running of the company. He supervises the fertilizer procurement section. He has over Twenty-Five Years (25) experiences spanning from the Fertilizer manufacturing sector, Pharmaceutical and Information Technology Sectors of the Nigerian Economy. Has vast experience in trade distributive sector of the Nigerian Economy. He reports directly to the Managing Director.
MR DAVID OMOMOWO is a Computer Engineer by profession and he has experience in general trading spanning over Fifteen Years (15) in Information Technology. He supervises the Research and Development Function of the company by discovering new markets for the companys products.

Roland Ibitoye BELEYEKE, the Procurement Manager, is a 1989 NCE Graduate of the then Oyo State College of Education, Ila-Orangun, Osun State. He is in charge of procurement and quality inspection functions of the company. He is specially trained on Agro Allied Products. He co-ordinates procurement of goods from Local Buying Agents (LBAs) and ensures goods are evacuated immediately after processing and packaging.

Bolurin ANIFOWOSE is the Company Accountant. He is responsible for keeping financial records of the companys daily activities. At month-ends, he prepares bank reconciliation statement for the company and liaises with the companys External Auditors and Bankers. He holds a Higher Diploma in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti. He has worked previously, with Messrs Olusola Adekanola & Co., a Management Consultancy firm with a branch network.

MISS ENIOLA OLUWADARE is the Company Secretary and the Companys image-maker. She attends to all official visitors enquiries and collates all corporate information required for the CEO of the company.

Messrs Tony Ojo & Associates is the Company Secretary & Legal Advisers. The firm handles all legal and statutory matters concerning the company.

Messrs Bode Fapohunda & Co. (Chartered Accountants) is the Companys External Auditors. Apart from performing its statutory function of auditing its financial statement, the firm also provides other financial advisory and management consultancy services. These include preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports and may accompany the companys Managing Director in financial negotiations when required.

The companys long-term objective is to establish a fertilizer plant in Nigeria at a right location to local raw materials which will assist the government in its efforts to provide jobs and less dependent on importation of fertilizer from overseas. Also to become a leader in the Agro Allied Products export business of value added agricultural products from Nigeria and contribute to the nations economy by sourcing its foreign exchange needs.
